How To Suppress My Information
Students may request to opt out of their student information from the ISU Directory/Public information through the Address Change link on the Student tab in AccessPlus. Students may choose to opt out of all student directory/public information, or specify the information they would like to opt out of: in-session address, in-session telephone number, Iowa State email, or a combination of these three choices.
The student information that you choose to suppress will not appear in the online search and will not be made available to outside organizations or persons. Once the request to suppress student information is submitted, the online directory will update overnight, Monday-Friday only.

Staff may request to opt out of their personal information from the ISU directory/public information
through the Address Change link on the Employee tab in AccessPlus. Once the request to suppress personal
information is submitted, the online directory will update Monday – Friday overnight. Changes made on
Saturday and Sunday will update Monday overnight.
